About Noise of CNC Woodworking Center

The cnc woodworking center for panel furniture will be accompanied by noise during the processing. Some noises are the normal sound of the equipment during the processing, such as the sound of the motor and the sound of the machine body resonance. These do not affect the normal operation of the equipment.

However, how do we solve the abnormal noise that occurs during operation?

First of all, abnormal noise occurs during axle travel, usually caused by the following reasons, 1. guide rail lacks lubricating oil, 2. too much dust accumulated 3. The ball is worn or dropped, 4. the motor bearing is damaged. When this kind of noise is present, it must be investigated and dealt with in time.

Secondly, there is noise when the motor is running. This noise generally indicates that the weak quality of the bearing, or the service life has expired. It is better to replace it in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine.
