What Should We do Before Processing by a CNC Woodworking Center?

1. Check whether the voltage and air pressure are normal;

2. Clean the environment around the equipment, and place the materials to be processed on the machine;

3. Install and check the tool;

4. Turn on the air valve and the power switch, start the main power supply, the power indicator light will light up and select the feed speed of the tool according to the nature of the material and the cutting thickness. When the total cutting thickness is less than or equal to 80mm, the feed speed is about 12-16 m/min. When the total cutting thickness is less than or equal to 50 mm, the feed speed is about 16-25 m/min. Set the cutting specifications and cutting stroke according to the specifications given in the cutting diagram;

5. The processed materials must not be scratched or chipped;

6. When the tool is not sharp, the tool needs to be replaced and reground in time.
